SPOILER ALERT: Andrew’s dad is not all that good with kids.
While we’re on the subject, is the tan secondary tone I use for my pages showing up okay on your screens? It looks great in Photoshop, but appears slightly washed-out whenever I save it as a GIF file (the filetype that the comic pages’ web versions are saved as). My monitor might just be unusually bright, though, so some reader input on this issue would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Tones look okay to me.
The voice of Andrews dad is really clear in my head. You ‘get’ his character straight away.
I think the tan looks fine. Of course I am trying to picture it on your computer and failing with that.
Right now it is light and could be washed out, but I think the joy of that is even if you don’t notice it, something would be lacking if you took the tan away. I also think if you upped the contrast it would lessen that effect, and look odd.
The tan is a little subtle. It does not immediately pop out, but you can see it.
It looks the same as the colour you were doing in the livestream I was at so I guess it’s right? Anyway awesome comic so far, I’m glad I started reading this
That is the grin of nightmares…
