Sorry this one’s a little late. I’m trying my hardest to get back on top of things here, but you know me– a slave to distraction. Hopefully I’ll be able to get back to Epiphany’s original update model (drawing three pages at a time over the weekend, then staggering the updates, giving me the week free) by the end of winter break. I feel like my unreliability is beginning to become a problem too large to ignore here.
On a lighter note, Savannah residents might recognize the River Street waterfront in the last panel, as well as a distant Talmadge Bridge in the first three panels. Savannah River is primarily a major shipping conduit for the Southeast, so there’s normally huge container ships and supertankers traveling up and down it– pretty startling for tourists who don’t expect the picturesque view to be momentarily blotted out by an ocean vessel the size of a city block. Smaller watercraft such as steam boats, water taxis, and yachts operate on it, too, though, so I’m assuming the party planner did a routine scheduling check to make sure the soiree wouldn’t get caught in some ship’s massive wake. That would’ve ruined the emotional impact of the entire scene, for one…

I want to be friends with Andrew so he can give me niffty electronics!
River Street looks really good, makes me miss Savannah.
Great job on the waterfront!
I just wanted to say that I love this site
that skyline shot is really something else. Great job man.
Oh lonely bored rich kid. You could’a played _with_ him and got a friend, silly.
